Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed via the same payment method or as agreed (e.g., bank transfer or Easypaisa).

No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used or unsealed items

  • Late return requests beyond 7 days
